Truelove writer Frederic Holyszewski has composed and performed the film score for French movie “Umami” starring world renowned actor Gerard Depardieu. The film follows the life of a leading French chef (played by Depardieu) and has initially been released in France and Germany to critical acclaim before worldwide release. Fred’s music adds the perfect accompaniment to this 90 minute visual dish.
