Jon Langford, aka Knuckleheadz, aka K-Series has been producing quality hard dance, hard trance and trance since 1997.
K-Series was born out of Jon’s love for trance music; however, the big anthems of the time just didn’t lend themselves to the hard trance sound that was sweeping the UK.
In an effort to bridge this gap, Jon released a series of single-sided vinyl releases known simply by their catalogue number K1, K2, K3, K4 covering some of the biggest tunes of the time, but after 12 releases, the series was discontinued as other priorities took over.
Fast forward to 2024 and Jon has turned full circle, again re-creating trance and hard house tracks from the past into uplifting arpeggiate-driven hard trance versions.
Initially, these were developed for his DJ sets; however, a fortuitous meeting with Amadeus Mozart from Tidy Trax led to discussions about resurrecting the K-Series with a series of new releases and an album.
K-Series is back, there’s so much to look forward to — the hard trance revolution starts now!
