Jay Mason is a fast-rising producer and DJ whose journey began in Newcastle before relocating to Scotland, now firmly his creative home. Driven by an early obsession with electronic music, Jay began honing his craft at just 15 years old via the Aberdeen DJ Academy, quickly translating those skills to real dancefloors.
He has since played club shows across Aberdeen, including appearances for Unders Rave (Under 18’s) events as well as at private parties; building confidence behind the decks and a reputation for polished, forward-thinking sets. Alongside DJing, Jay focused on production, developing a growing catalogue of original music marked by technical precision and a sharp, modern edge.
Jay studied Sound Production in Aberdeen (SCQF Level 6) before completing a Music Production Diploma with the globally respected Point Blank Music School. With a raft of unreleased material and a clear creative vision, Jay Mason is an emerging talent with serious momentum – one to watch as his sound continues to evolve.
